Anger Management Exercises

One kind of emotion of human is anger. Heart rate along with blood pressure can be increased due to anger. This is one of the physical effects of anger. Generally there are two types of anger present in the humans. The two types of angers are as follows:-

  • Passive anger which includes self blame
  • Aggressive anger which includes Threats.

 Anger can make a people more negative and less trusting to the outsiders.

Anger Management Exercises

 The main reaction of anger results as blasting. You may also loose your coolness due to your anger. There are many anger management exercises which can reduce our anger. By reducing our anger we can solve both our physical as well as mental health problems.

In the case of anger management exercise there are two different categories to manage the anger which are as follows:-

  • Anger management Exercise for Teens.

Anger Management Exercises

In a teen's life physical and mental changes occur, as a result of which the teens deal with a strong emotions which is almost predictable. For many reasons many teens quite often experience anger. This anger can be developed due to different aspects as follows:-

  • Aggravation with parents
  • Fight with a friend
  • Difficulty at school

Developing anger is too bad for a teen's mental and physical health. Anger management exercise can make a great difference in a teen's life. In many ways the teen can manage their angers.

First one is to just walk away from the situation.

By foresee situation Prevent anger from building.

Without getting angry from the other's viewpoint try to see the situation.

In an inappropriate situation without coiling the anger on someone there are many other ways to release the anger. It doesn't mean to keep the anger within you. Better you may write articles, work in the gym, paint or call a friend when the anger within you is more.

When you start feeling angry just step back and think a while that what is the reason which have made you feel angry. In this way you can solve the problem as well as can easily reduce your anger.

Practice damage control means choose the solution that gives you the most benefit with the least damage.

Now for the children anger management exercises, they should be applied before teen years. Some tips for children anger management exercise are:-

  • Try to get the help from your parent or teachers if the assignments given in the school are too tuff for the child.
  • Get a hug or give one to anybody when you fell very angry.
  • Taking out for a bike ride or a pillow fight can reduce the anger of your child.

While practicing anger management exercises always try to maintain a record in your diary.  If you write the date and time of your anger in the diary format then you will soon learn how to stray cool and it will become a habit too.
